1. Services
DubaiTechGuy provides IT support, device sales, repair services, and related technology services to businesses and individuals in the UAE.
2. Pre-Owned Devices
All pre-owned devices are sold with a 30-day warranty covering hardware defects. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or software issues after purchase.
3. Repair Services
Repair quotes are estimates and may change upon inspection. We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding. Repairs carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labor.
4. IT Support
IT support services are billed as quoted. Monthly contracts are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service or delivery of goods unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for data loss during repairs - please backup your data before service.
7. CCTV & Security
CCTV and security system installations are performed by our SIRA-licensed partners. All installations comply with UAE regulations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
